The shopping list sorts itself
Newly added items automatically land in the right category — each with its own icon instead of the same one everywhere. So your shopping run follows the aisles instead of zig-zagging through the store.
A tidier app: Recipes, Meal plan & Shopping
The three big kitchen topics are now their own, clearly separated areas — faster to find, less nesting. "Collections" are now called "Cookbooks", because that's exactly what they are.
Notifications, completely rethought
You decide per topic and per device when Mokkeli pings you: family chat, a companion reply, a task assigned to you, a calendar reminder or a due maintenance. All switchable in the new notification settings.
Sign in with Apple
On iPhone you can now sign in with your Apple ID — one tap, no new password.
A calendar you can rely on
Calendar reminders now arrive reliably — even when the app is closed — and respect recurring events and exceptions. Reconnecting your Google Calendar shows all your events again.
Maintenance that speaks up
When a maintenance task is due, you get a push. The overview now shows more clearly what's coming up and by when.
Manage your household
As a household owner you can remove members again, and the member overview now shows the email address. An existing account can also cleanly join via invite code.
Smoother cooking & planning
You can now cancel a meal-plan generation in progress. Add recipes straight from a cookbook, and a voice message in chat is sent right after recording — no extra step.

- Tasks with a due date could get lost during sync — fixed.
- A newly created task disappeared after switching screens — fixed.
- A recipe sometimes wasn't saved to the meal plan — fixed.
- The shopping list showed the same icon for every category — fixed.
- Due maintenance and tasks only showed up under "Overdue" — fixed.
- Today's tasks were visible in the calendar but not in the tasks tab — fixed.
- Android: the keyboard covered the input field in family and companion chat — fixed.
- Calendar: the repeat icon was missing on recurring events on web — fixed.
- Calendar: the "Today" marker stuck on yesterday after midnight — fixed.
- Staples: the unit picker jumped or vanished in the edit form — fixed.
- Photo scan: added the "packet" unit and resolved the "pinch" inconsistency.
- Tasks hub: the routines section was empty on first open — fixed.
- Invite code: an existing account couldn't join the household — fixed.
- Web: after login you ended up in a dead end in chat — fixed.
- Lots of small clean-ups: removed redundant buttons, unified action buttons.
You don't need to install any of this yourself — the web updates automatically, and the app gets the update via the store or TestFlight.
